Cancellations and Bookings
Clients are required to give a minimum of 48 hour’s notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If no notice is given within 48 hours, then the deposit paid will be forfeited no matter what reason is provided. Clients who do not show up to their appointments with insufficient notice will not be able to schedule another appointment until the full amount of the appointment missed is paid.
When booking a cosmetic tattoo appointment, we require a deposit that is best to book online or contact the salon to use after pay.
All deposits paid are NON-REFUNDABLE, with the 48 hours notice you can reschedule your appointment to a later date if you need to, but will not be refunded if you have simply changed your mind. This is to cover us and for things to run smoothly in the salon.
Family, Friends & Children.
If you have an appointment with us, we kindly ask for you to refrain from bringing friends, family or children with you. The treatment room is very small and cannot accommodate more than 1 person at a time.
